Standard Return & Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase if any defects are found. Products sold by Techno Electronics. cannot be returned. If customer detect any issues with the product, customer have to notify the seller immediately. Exchanges will be accepted at sole discretion of the Techno Electronics. Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with item for exchange. If Item for exchange is not available for exchange, Techno Electronics. can provide customer with comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion.
TERM AND CONDITIONS
WARRANTY
TECHNO ELECTRONICS will not be liable for any manufacturer’s warranty. Customer has to contact directly with manufacturer for any manufacturing defect. TECHNO ELECTRONICS will not entertain any manufacturer’s warranty.
EXTENDED WARRANTY
Customers who purchased extended warranty on any product can claim the warranty by showing the original receipt of purchase. During the period for which Manufacturer warranty is applicable TECHNO ELECTRONICS can get the product repaired/exchanged by original manufacturer. TECHNO ELECTRONICS have full right to replace the product with any comparable product if original item purchased by the buyer is no longer available or cannot be repaired for any reason. TECHNO ELECTRONICS can also provide the credit for future purchase from TECHNO ELECTRONICS at its sole discretion, which can be used to purchase any other item being sold at that time by TECHNO ELECTRONICS. TECHNO ELECTRONICS will try repair the product first before replacing any product. Extended warranty will be totally void if TECHNO ELECTRONICS found any intentional damage to the product or any repair done by someone other than TECHNO ELECTRONICS without written notice.
PRIVACY POLICY
we protect customer details name, addresses, phone numbers email address, customer privacy is first priority. we use third-party banking to verify payment, we collect customers’ data and use it once their purchase has been completed.
